Installation Overview
Step 1: Remove oil filter; thread adapter bolt (M20×1.5 or 3/4"-16) into block.
Step 2: Install sandwich adapter onto bolt, ensuring O-ring seats. Torque center nut 25–30 ft-lbs.
Step 3: Mount cooler using brackets; ensure airflow (behind grille or in front of radiator).
Step 4: Route hoses from adapter to cooler; connect red-fitted hose to feed port, blue to return.
Step 5: Install oil filter onto adapter.
Step 6: Add 0.5–1.0 qt extra oil for system volume.
